Day 4 of CPS v. Russell Brand focused on the prosecution’s introduction of evidence for Counts 3 and 4, anchored by the pre-recorded video interview and cross-examination of the primary complainant. The prosecution also read statements from corroborating witnesses, including a party attendee, an MTV colleague, and a producer, who recalled contemporaneous disclosures or warned Brand about his unprofessional conduct.
