FL vs. Daisy Link – Day 4 Trial Recap – Shocking claims of witness collusion by the state!

Background of the case: The case has drawn national attention not only for the homicide itself but also because Daisy Link became pregnant while in custody through an extraordinary scheme involving another inmate, despite never meeting him in person. Daisy Link’s case began as a tragic domestic dispute with her husband, Pedro Jimenez that ended in a fatal shooting. Both have them have supposedly had a toxic relationship with instances of domestic violence in their 9 years as a couple, sharing 2 kids.

On day 4, the state rested after lead investigator Detective Joseph Cruz had established the times where his team began their investigation and information relayed from officers that responded to the 911 call!
The state rested their case after Joseph Cruz gave evidence and the defence began presenting their case in chief.
The defence presented testimonies of an incident of domestic violence between Pedro and Daisy from Daisy Link’s family members including allegations of Pedro pistol whipping Daisy on the skull, causing her to bleed and in need of treatment. However, the state calls for the judge to strike their testimonies, claiming they broke witness sequestration rules! Full report below!
