On day 6 of the trial, the promise of Devyn Michael’s confession has been fulfilled as she confessed to the detectives Douglas Lynaugh and his partner to leaving Johnathon unconscious before she had seen his mother Yoko Willette in the kitchen, whom described Devyn Michaels as surprised and startled as she saw her and they interact around 1am.
Critical testimony regarding calls being placed by Devyn during the early hours after she had left were shown as well as her break up with Deviere.
