On day 4 of the trial, technical data was presented after all Detective Kari concluded her testimony were she detailed what happened on the second interview, including circumstances as to how they found Johnathon’s phone near Devyn’s vehicle driver’s side.
Cellphone data such cell tower activity and records were submitted into evidence; information about Devyn’s GPS data, extracted from her Nissan Almada’s infotainment system was introduced, and neighbourhood door cameras and other DVR surveillance systems were introduced for the activity on the 6th August 2023 leading till the morning.
A lot of key information was revealed that could make or break Devyn’s story.
